Job Type Full-time Description: We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager serving as the Owner’s Representative at the Dallas VA Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. This project phase includes construction of approximately 166,000 gross square feet (GSF) for a new 30-bed Long-Term Spinal Cord Injury (LTSCI) unit with associated clinical and administrative support spaces for the VA North Texas Health Care System. The scope of work includes new construction as well as renovation of a portion of the existing Acute Care Spinal Cord Injury Building to integrate with the new LTSCI facility. Additional work includes campus loop road modifications and realignment, utility upgrades, and associated site improvements. The Construction Manager will represent the Owner in providing on-site construction management, quality assurance, and coordination services to support successful project delivery.
