Grant Thornton’s Consulting Team are seeking to recruit experienced Learning and Development Consultants at Manager and Associate Director levels within the consulting practice, based out of Dublin and Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Learning and Development Consulting team in a growing area of our business. These will be challenging and fulfilling roles within a team that delivers work for clients in areas such as designing, delivering, and evaluating synchronous and asynchronous learning programmes and leadership development programmes, and coaching and mentoring, culture change programmes, stakeholder engagement, and communications. The roles are to contribute to and support the delivery of a variety of client engagements across multiple industries. Experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of modern, innovative, and engaging programmes for all levels within organisations, up to and including Executive level.
