Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, responsible for the day to day maintenance and operational efficiency of the physical plant including all functions related to event activity, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire and life safety systems, security systems, climate control systems, wall and glass systems, and roofing systems. Performs the following duties personally or through subordinates: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned: - Analyzes event information, schedules and resumes and determines necessary labor for completion of assignments in the most efficient and economical means in accordance with budget. - Assists Chief Engineer in ensuring proper and efficient operation of all facility equipment and systems and all green, energy savings systems. - Plans, schedules, coordinates and supervises maintenance of Facility and equipment in-line with the standards of a first-class facility. - Develops, recommends and plans preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems in coordination with Chief Engineer. - Schedules and oversees inspectio...
