Support Worker – Complex Physical Needs 📍 Location: Clacton-on-Sea 🕒 Shifts: Day shifts (9am – 7pm) + Sleep-in shifts available 📄 Contract: Full Time/ Part Time Support Worker Role Supporting a Young Woman with Cerebral Palsy CFT Care Ltd is a compassionate provider of high-quality health and social care, committed to supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for a friendly young woman in her early 30s who lives in Clacton. This lady has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and is a non-verbal wheelchair user, and requires consistent, patient, and compassionate support to live a happy and fulfilling life. She particularly enjoys spending time outdoors, being pushed in her wheelchair, and getting fresh air – so enjoying the outdoors is an important part of this role.
