Description Position Overview: Microsoft Certified O365 Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based collaboration and productivity services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system administration, security, and user support. Key Responsibilities: Administration & Maintenance: - Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD (Entra ID). - Perform user provisioning, license management, and role-based access control. - Configure and maintain mail flow, security policies, retention policies, and compliance features. - Monitor system health, performance, and service availability.
