Greenfield is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. Position Overview: Greenfield Global is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a modern, globally aligned talent acquisition function that supports our growth strategy. This role will design and implement the global strategy, systems, and processes for all pre-hire talent activities, including Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and Talent Acquisition. The Director will be responsible for ensuring Greenfield attracts, engages, and hires the talent needed to execute our business strategy across North America and Europe. This is a build-mode leadership role. The current recruiting approach is decentralized and highly manual. The Director of Talent Acquisition will establish a globally consistent recruiting strategy supported by modern systems, clear workflows, and measurable outcomes.
