This is an Onsite / In Office Position Mon - Fri PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Patient Account Representative - Billing provides administrative support to the daily operations within the assigned function(s). The incumbent generates and analyzes diverse reports and work lists in the identification, research and resolution of routine claim data errors and issues. The Patient Account Representative - Billing supports the assigned function(s) by performing daily billing, adjustment and correspondence activities in compliance with company policies and procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate and analyze reports and work lists in the identification and resolution of routine errors and issues, including but not limited to: bills, claims and payments. May assist in the preparation of routine reports. Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
