Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Clinical Care Educator at Saint Joseph Health System promotes quality through education and development with emphasis on patients, families, and/or caregivers. Job responsibilities may vary according to assigned area. They maintain a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, the Organizational Integrity Program, including the Guiding Behaviors, Standards of Conduct, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures ensuring adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. They comply with current law and policies to provide a work environment free from all illegal and discriminatory behavior. Requirements: Education: Master's in Nursing Education, or MSN. Licensure: RN Indiana License. Board eligible upon hire or within 12 months. Obtain nursing certification through ANCC within 18 months of hire.
