Description FLSA Status: Part-time/Non-Exempt (unless specified otherwise) Summary: The School Bus Driver provides clean, safe and reliable transportation and ensures that students enjoy the full advantage of school programs and activities. Position Responsibilities: - Transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a safe manner. - Appropriately operate all vehicles and equipment in fleet. - Communicate effectively with members of the school and community. - Handle bus and students in adverse weather conditions. - Ability to relate well to students. - Inspect bus prior to and after each route or activity trip. - Maintain bus in clean condition and inform the school of any routine maintenance or repairs required. - Adhere to Archdiocese health and safety policies - Other duties as assigned - Adhere to safety training and protocols on a daily basis, and take precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others. - Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names an...
