We are looking for Club Receptionist with the qualifications below: - A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members and by guests - Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time - Being approachable and reliable - Ability to be flexible as the job changes - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary - Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibility for the care of club private members throughout their visit - To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service - Responsibility for private member’s check-in control, concierge duties and check-out - To meet, greet and bid farewell to all private members – with a smile and making eye contact - To escort private member guests to related place whenever possible - Fully understand and operate the telephone systems - Fully understand and operate the club private membership system - Accountable for the Club Reception cash handling issues - To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
