Responsible for delivering superior service to both internal team members and external guests across all food outlets at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic. This role supports an engaging, high‑quality culinary operation by actively learning from Chefs, Shift Leaders, and Bakers, while assisting in the production of fresh, high‑quality bakery items that elevate the overall guest dining experience. - Provide superior customer service by fostering positive interactions with both internal team members and external guests; demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations in all business conditions while working harmoniously with coworkers. - Receive, store, rotate, and distribute bakery supplies and products in and around production areas, ensuring proper handling and organization. - Accurately scale and measure ingredients, including but not limited to flours, sugars, leavening agents, doughs, and batters, within allowable tolerances and as directed. - After initial training, prepare a variety of base doughs, batters, fillings, and related derivatives, including batters for buffet-style pastries and similar items. - Prepare, fill, and finish...
