Join Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) as a Senior Product Designer and bring your creativity to life by designing innovative and engaging experiences across our educational platforms that will challenge and inspire the next generation of problem solvers. The Senior Product Designer will: - Design experiences across our suite of educational products - Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing teams to set design strategy, optimize existing user interfaces and experiences, and conceptualize user interfaces and experiences for new products and features - Create, share, and iterate through ideas via storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, or other methods - Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to translate those ideas through implementation into delightful experiences - Deliver solutions that consider engineering feasibility and technical requirements - Help create a user-centric and data-driven culture by conducting research and user testing and by analyzing the data and outcomes of design projects - Drive development of processes, standards, and best practices for design, testing, and research - Provide mentorship to more junior designers The i...
