Research Services Laboratory Sciences Entry Professional - 39824 University Staff Description University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Medicine – Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism & Diabetes Job Title: Research Services Laboratory Sciences Entry Professional Position #: 00847185 – Requisition #: 39824 Job Summary: The Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, School of Medicine is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Entry Level Research Services Laboratory Sciences Professional (RSP). The main emphasis of this position will be working on is the role of signaling pathways and the development of new therapeutic strategies for thyroid cancer in Dr. Rebecca Schweppe’s lab. These studies will utilize molecular biology and cell-based approaches, including Western blotting, growth assays, gene expression analysis, molecular cloning, cell culture, 3D culture, and microscopy. The lab also uses mouse models to study thyroid cancer progression and response to therapy.
