Job description

The Data Privacy Analyst will report to the Firm’s Director of Data Privacy and plays a crucial role in supporting the global Privacy team’s policies, procedures, and compliance activities. As part of the Privacy team, the Data Privacy Analyst will work closely with business units and practices across the Firm as part of our overall risk management program within the Office of the General Counsel. Responsibilities: Respond to Data Subject Requests: Assist with response to data subject rights requests. This shall include review and tagging of documentation in response to data subject access requests (DSARs) as well as deletion and other requests Agreement Intake: Conduct review of privacy agreements, assist with improvements to our review process Privacy Assessment: Help develop internal privacy documentation, such as gathering information needed to complete data protection impact assessments Training: Assist with development, production, and presentation of privacy training Policy development: Analysis of current policies, and development of new ones as needed Privacy Breach Response: Help prepare for, and respond to, breaches of personal data to help reduce risk to the Firm Privac...
