Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an AVP, Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations and PBM to join their System Pharmacy team! The AVP, Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations & PBM provides enterprise-wide leadership for the planning, coordination, and execution of ambulatory pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy services, and PBM strategy across the health system. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that advance clinical quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience within specialty and ambulatory pharmacy services. The AVP leads enterprise PBM strategy for Baptist Health employees and dependents, including oversight of utilization management, formulary governance, and coordination of PBM operational processes with system specialty pharmacy, central pharmacy, and community pharmacy leadership.
