This role requires a warm, responsive caregiver who understands early childhood development and is passionate about supporting infants during their most critical stages of growth. Infant Teachers at The Goddard School implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain strong communication with families, and ensure all licensing and health regulations are met. Key Responsibilities: Child Development & Curriculum: - Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with The Goddard School’s educational philosophy. - Support developmental milestones including motor skills, sensory exploration, language development, and social-emotional growth. - Engage infants through music, reading, sensory play, and hands-on exploration. - Maintain daily documentation of feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental observations.
