At Ingerman, the Porter is responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, common areas, interior spaces, and offices. This includes maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal, restoring vacated apartments to move-in condition, and preserving office, bathroom, and kitchen hygiene. Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: - Patrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes required work—remove trash/debris from property grounds and common areas, keep the dumpster area clean, and vacuum, sweep and mop common areas - Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents—clean appliances, kitchen cabinets, sink and floors, bathroom—including toilet, tub, sink and floor, windows, front door, and performs touch-up painting as necessary - Completes janitorial requirements in accordance with the janitorial schedule - Performs grounds maintenance, including weed re...
