THE ROLE: The EMEA Recruitment team is responsible for hiring top talent into our Engineering organisation and corporate functions across the region. As a Recruiter, you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse portfolio of roles, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and an advocate for candidates. You’ll use market insights, data, and creative sourcing to shape hiring decisions and help Pure scale, while ensuring every interaction reflects our values and employment brand.
