Essential Functions: - You will complete the EMT Instructor Aide training process to meet the State regulatory requirements, and AMH standards. - You will demonstrate effective teaching skills and be responsive to students’ needs and concerns; adapt teaching style to meet the students’ learning needs. - You will ensure completeness of all associated course/student paperwork in a timely manner, and in compliance with NJ OEMS requirements for EMT training. - You will adhere to all AMH/AHS policies and educational philosophies and to those of regulating organizations (i.e., AHA, NJ OEMS, NAEMT, etc.) - You will travel to off-site courses locations within the communities served by AHS as needed. - You will be punctual and prepared for all assigned courses; conduct self in a pleasant and professional manner always and adhere to the dress code. - You will maintain confidentiality regarding students’ progress and outcomes. - You will report any student issues to Lead/Coordinator in a timely manner. - You will attend EMT Instructor Development Sessions as scheduled, in line with your progress through the EMT Instructor credentialing process. - You will attend instructor meetings as schedul...
