Highly analytical Meetings & Events Coordinator to manage end-to-end air charter flight assignments and attendee logistics for complex, high-visibility programs in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a critical control point for attendee movement, managing dynamic manifests and ensuring precision execution across all arrival and departure logistics. What You´ll Do: - Own attendee-to-flight assignments based on role segmentation (executives, speakers, VIPs, staff) while applying business rules, prioritization logic, and capacity constraints - Build, maintain, and reconcile detailed arrival and departure manifests with 100% accuracy across all programs, including names, roles, travel windows, and special accommodations - Perform ongoing audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve data integrity issues - Collaborate cross-functionally with registration, housing, transportati...
