Job description

Working under the guidance of the director, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of children by providing a safe and nurturing environment that encourages their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. You will work with a talented team of teachers and assist in the design and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to the guidelines established by Bright Horizons Family Solutions and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Qualifications: Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required Join us to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
