About the role The Site Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of ICT services that support OneSteel Manufacturing’s steel, mining, and port operations. This position is responsible for overseeing complex technology environments, leading and coordinating cross‑functional technical teams, and maintaining the operational continuity of systems essential to production and site safety. With a strong focus on governance, service reliability, and operational excellence, the role provides strategic guidance and hands‑on leadership across a variety of sites in a heavy industry environment. You’ll be responsible for the effective management of day‑to‑day ICT infrastructure operations across multiple industrial sites. This includes mobile and fixed endpoints, datacentre environments, networks, communications systems, and remote operational facilities. The position ensures that technology services meet critical operational requirements, supporting uninterrupted production and safe working conditions.
