Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The hospital prohibits discrimination based on age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture, language, physical or mental disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression. - Supervises clinical training of Family Medicine residents in the hospital’s residency program. - Evaluates learning process of Family Medicine residents, identifies needs and strives to maximize learning opportunities. - Conducts teaching rounds with Family Medicine residents in the hospital’s residency program. - Participates in Morning Report where residents can present and review all appropriate cases. - Provides supervision of Residents in the Residency continuity clinic. - Provides supervision and training of medical students. - Completed rotation end performance evaluation for residents and medical students. - Curriculum Director as assigned by Program Director. - Serves as Advisor for assigned residents. - Serves as admitting physician for Family Medicine Teaching Service as assigned. The schedule of calls will be established by the Program Director. - Supervises maternity care of resident continuity obstetric patients.
