Part Time Night Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242 Work Schedule: - Part Time - (48 hours bi-weekly) - 7pm - 7:30am - 3rd Weekend rotation - 3rd Holiday rotation Job Overview: As a Nurse Supervisor in the Bethesda North Float Pool, you will provide leadership and support across multiple units by ensuring safe staffing, high ‑ quality patient care, and smooth workflow throughout each shift. You will manage real ‑ time staffing needs, address clinical or operational issues as they arise, and maintain accurate communication and documentation. You will also coordinate patient transfers by gathering essential information, arranging transportation, and collaborating with physicians, case managers, and facility teams. In emergency situations, you may assume Incident Command responsibilities until senior leadership arrives. This role requires strong prioritization skills, adherence to policies and procedures, and the ability to guide teams through fast ‑ paced, rapidly changing environments.
