Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg 3 Kenosha, WI United States: Where You Will Work: Aurora Medical Center Kenosha’s MS3 unit is a 13-bed medical/surgical unit located on the hospital’s second floor, specializing in orthopedic care, general surgery, and inpatient hospice services. Two rooms are designated for hospice patients, ensuring compassionate end-of-life care. The unit maintains an average daily census of 12.8 patients, with an average length of stay of four days. MS3 operates under a triad leadership model consisting of a Patient Care Manager, Unit Supervisor, and Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, while the charge nurse carries a reduced patient load to support clinical needs and daily operations.
