Job Title UX Designer Job Description: This position is with the Service Experience Design team within the larger family of the award-winning Philips Design community. We shape end-to-end Service experiences across the full customer lifecycle for our healthcare partners, seamlessly weaving the needs of both the front-line staff and behind-the-scenes roles. We are a multi-disciplinary design team combining UX, service design, user research and usability to understand the big picture and create solutions that scale with impact. Within our team, your role will be to design intuitive, empathetic, and visually compelling UI/UX for digital service applications and platforms by translating customer- and employee needs into functional product experiences. Your role spans the entire digital solution process —from conceptualization, through user testing, to collaborative design with development teams—ensuring delivery to our customers.
