Role profile: The role of Accounts Payable Clerk is to provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. This role is to help the organization complete and control expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. As a member of this team, you will be asked to perform this role using our North American systems applying IFRS accounting rules Responsibilities: - Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices and check requests - Perform monthly reconciliations - Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures - Perform data entry associated with accounts payable - Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies - Audit and process credit card bills - Address and respond to vendor inquiries - Support audit process - Other duties as assigned.
