Citizens is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Associate to support senior professionals focused within the Defense, Government, Engineering and Industrial Services sectors. The Associate position encompasses client advisory services including the origination and execution of M&A, leveraged finance and ECM transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing investment banking platform with market leading positions in middle market corporate and sponsor backed transactions complemented by strong public equity research. As an Associate, responsibilities will include client development support, formulation of pitches encompassing strategic and capital markets advice, and involvement in execution of transactions from origination through closing. You will thrive in this role through your ability to work on multiple projects and transactions concurrently, and you will work directly with senior professionals supporting acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, restructurings, refinancings, and equity raises.
