The Role: Under general direction of the RN and/or Physician, the Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN will support providers in provision of care including recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing, assisting with procedures and documentation. The incumbent will assess, plan, evaluate, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with RN and/or Physician. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of Samaritan Daytop Village.
