Operations Transformation Manager (Healthcare)

Job description

As an Operations Transformation Manager, you'll assist clients with developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives for the Operations Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently. Your day-to-day may include: - Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within the realms of operational efficiency programs, digital operations management solutions, product and operations modernization programs incorporating business opportunity assessment, solution strategy, design, program management, implementation of enabling technologies, and organizational change - Perform engagement management responsibilities that could also include performance reviews, task delegation, project financials, deliverable quality review, and client management across industries - Assist with the development of solution content, whitepapers, proposals, deliverables and/or other thought leadership material - Maintain a good working relati...
