Description Barista Shift Lead: Overview: The role of a barista shift leader extends beyond just making coffee. At Lori’s Recharged, you will provide a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most. You will provide products and services that nurture, inspire, and comfort. As a Barista shift lead in our Recharged coffee shops, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging from the heart while creating and serving delicious beverages. Shift leads are generally responsible for coaching barista team member throughout the sift to execute Lori’s brand standards. You will set goals, assign job duties, and motivate others.
