About Us: Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts. This is a seasonal part-time, hourly position. We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and customer-focused part-time seasonal patio bartender to join our team from Wednesday through Sunday! This is a seasonal part-time position, slated from May through September. As an Outdoor Patio Bartender, you’ll be the heart of our lively alfresco experience. Your responsibilities will include crafting and serving signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; maintaining a clean and organized bar area; interacting with guests in a friendly, engaging manner; ensuring all patio safety and cleanliness standards are met; and collaborating with the front-of-house team to provide a seamless guest experience.
