As a dynamic Store Manager you are passionate, results-driven, customer focused and can lead an outstanding team, motivate and inspire great performance. In this role you will: - Drive the growth and strategic initiatives of Silk & Snow, as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates. - Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved. - Be creative, manage and implement the day-to-day visual merchandise strategies and appeal of the store (product displays). - Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels. - Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand value...
