Job description

Position Summary: Under the general direction of a manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing the work of associates in an assigned production department within a warehouse facility and ensuring the team adheres to all Company policies, SOPs, and customer KPIs/contractual commitments. The Production Supervisor is responsible for all personnel functions pertaining to their direct reports. They spend nearly all of their time in the warehouse production areas. Additionally, the Production Supervisor may be required to perform manual tasks such as operating warehouse equipment or handling Hazardous Waste materials. Primary Accountabilities: - Operational - Supervise associates in a production department of the facility - Approve all associate time worked and performance reviews - Shift priorities to adjust to changing business demands - Project staffing needs and participate in the interview and selection process - Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures in the facility - Ensure facility compliance to Federal and State regulations - Monitor, report, and work to prevent losses in the facility - Provide daily, weekly, and monthly statistics a...
