This is a field position responsible for conducting regulatory inspections in Environmental Health programs, including those requiring a Certified Environmental Health Professional license. The duties of this position require the incumbent to be able to be relied upon to work independently and manage their time to meet deadlines and use standard field equipment. This position is responsible for performing inspections, complaint investigations, and other tasks in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Administrative Code (FAC), and Department of Health policies in the Facilities, Water and the Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Service (OSTDS) programs.
