Detailer Department: Project Management: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Lake Oswego, OR: Reporting To: Zach Grassley: Description: To perform the Detailing Coordinator role successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The following duties are representative of the job but are not all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities: · Adheres to standards for Shop Drawings.· Coordinates the flow of information from details to the field.· Models and details projects from start to finish.· Keeps track of models and keep them up to date.· Continual refinement of drawings to meet the needs of the field.· Makes quick changes to shop drawings based on need.· Participation in BIM coordination for projects, as needed.· Ownership of BIM clashes and changes required.· Works with the project team to develop and detail the drawings.· Provides a consistent flow of communications and information to and from the project teams.· Collaborates with 3rd party detailing partners as needed.· Communicates shop drawing status continually with project teams.· Communicates BIM Coordination issues/clashes/tasks...
