Position Summary Tangentyere Council: Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. The Remote Australia Employment: Services (RAES) program helps jobseekers in remote communities by providing a flexible employment service that supports them to upskill, find pathways to work and contribute to their local community. Using RAES funding, Tangentyere Council has created Work Experience to Employment program. The Work Experience to Employment: program is a short-term paid placement designed to build employability skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for sustainable employment. Working under the guidance of the Training and Work Experience Placement Consultant, the Work Experience Placement Team Member contributes to day-to-day workplace tasks and participates in accredited and non-accredited learning activities.
