Human Active Technology (HAT) is looking for a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist A, our highest-level machinist role for a skilled professional who can independently set up, operate, and optimize both CNC and manual machining processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you see inefficiencies, fix them, and keep production moving at a high level. If you know your way around CNCs, lathes, and mills and can make smart use of your time while the machine runs.
