Job Title: Lifeguard: Job Summary: Ensure the safety and readiness of law enforcement trainees at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston, SC by providing vigilant surveillance and emergency response at the aquatic training facility. As a DAWSON Lifeguard, you will support both structured training exercises and recreational swim periods—maintaining safe practices, enforcing facility rules, and responding quickly to incidents. Your presence helps safeguard student well-being and training continuity in and around the pool. Responsibilities: Monitor pool activities during training and recreational sessions, enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment. Provide immediate response to water emergencies, including rescues, first aid, CPR, and AED use as needed. Conduct daily inspections of pool area, safety equipment, and locker rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
