Position: Senior Trade Operations Manager Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing: Global Trade Compliance Leadership Serve as the subject matter expert on all import and export laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across global regions. Establish and maintain robust processes and procedures to ensure Arrow’s adherence to trade and customs regulations, including export controls, sanctions, and import regulations. Partner with Legal and operational stakeholders to identify , assess, and mitigate trade compliance risks, ensuring consistent alignment with internal policies and government mandates. Lead and oversee regional trade operations teams conducting trade risk assessments and compliance audits. Strategic and Operational Excellence: Contribute to and help shape the global strategy for trade management and compliance as part of the department’s leadership team.
