Overview The Service Desk Manager is responsible for leading the Service Desk function to ensure high-quality support for all end users across the organization. This role oversees day-to-day service desk operations, ensuring efficient incident and request management, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, people leadership, and process orientation to support and improve IT service delivery.
