This role is central to maintaining operational continuity across multiple engineering software platforms, coordinating license renewals, and ensuring that contract timelines, vendor communications, and internal requests stay on track. The ideal candidate excels at planning, communication, and multitasking, balancing technical awareness with strong administrative and coordination skills. License & Contract Coordination: Maintain accurate, organized records of contracts, quotes, purchase requests, and installation procedures. - Maintain, monitor, and audit Engineering Systems application licenses to ensure uninterrupted service and full compliance. - Track multiple software contracts, renewal cycles, and expiration dates; proactively prepare timelines, reminders, and renewal packages.
