Key Responsibilities: The position is responsible for leading large and small training sessions across the distribution center for safety, quality and process adherence. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and revising training material to support warehouse departmental objectives. The L&D Trainer will manage all training records, local training matrix, and cross training metrics.
