Job Description Hours: Full-Time - 35 Hours: Work Location: 30-30 Thomson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101 Only candidates who are permanent in the Graphic Artist title or those who are reachable on the Open Competitive List (Exam #4123) may apply. If you do not meet the previously mentioned civil service criteria, you will not be considered for an interview. The NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks a Graphic Designer that can make an immediate contribution within our Creative Services unit. The selected candidate will join an active studio and collaborate with writers, illustrators, video producers, and other designers on a wide variety of identity and outreach projects executed across print, video, digital, and environmental media. The Graphic Designer will lead projects through all phases of the design process, from concept development to implementation and will work to maintain and build upon the current brand standards and visual language.
