As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help improve how capital is calculated, reported and governed across the Group, supporting better decision making and stronger regulatory outcomes. Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers flexible hybrid working. You’ll collaborate across Risk, Finance and Technology, digging into complex data flows and calculation logic, identifying issues and shaping solutions that improve accuracy, transparency and control. You’ll work in a continuous improvement environment rather than one‑off projects. That means your work will deliver ongoing value, from fixing data quality issues to strengthening controls and reducing production incidents.
