Division: Commercial Department: C&I/CRE/Business Banking: Reports to: SVP, Commercial Team Leader – C&I/CRE/Business Banking Status: Exempt/Officer/AVP: Grade: 11: Salary Range: $85,457 - $122,975: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Provides support to Commercial Bankers (CB) in underwriting as well as monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships. Continuously evaluates operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. Interacts with customers as well as bank employees to address credit and deposit service related matters in a satisfactory manner. Assists Commercial Bankers in all aspects of servicing customers both internally and externally.
