About Motivo Motivo is looking for passionate Project and Product Managers across multiple experience levels to join our team. We work on clean-sheet, fast-paced product development projects across automotive, robotics, aerospace, and clean energy. Projects move quickly, often weeks or months, not years, and require close collaboration between clients and tightly integrated, multidisciplinary engineering teams. Depending on role and experience, team members may focus on delivery execution, client-facing program leadership, or full-lifecycle product ownership. All roles require comfort operating in ambiguity, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance technical, schedule, and business constraints while driving projects forward. We’re looking for leaders who create alignment, build trust, keep projects on track, and put clients' needs at the forefront.
