Ensure timely respond to internal/external customers’ requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job – 90% Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer’s requests on timely manner. Provide estimate delivery time if the request can’t be made on time Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer. Other duties as assigned.
