Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. As we scale, we are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant ( Chief of Staff) to support our Chief Program Officer in driving performance, governance, and operational excellence across the NYX program. Role Overview: This is not a traditional executive support role. As Executive Assistant to the Chief Program Officer, you will act as a strategic partner at the heart of the NYX program. You will coordinate complex, cross-functional activities across engineering, AIT, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions ensuring alignment, tracking performance, and enabling effective executive decision-making. This role offers high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership within one of Europe’s most ambitious space programs.
