The Position: The Assistant Manager's number one priority is on teaching, coaching, and training the aquatics program at British Swim School. They ensure that all instructors are knowledgeable and confident on teaching the lessons, and able to be in the water as required themselves. This position will also assist with scheduling classes, make-ups, welcoming new enrollments, and speaking with parents on Deck. The successful candidate will bring strong Hospitality and Service oriented experience, such as Hotel, Restaurants, Country Club or Airlines.
